Job Description:
The position is for a Lawyer who would like to practice in the exciting area of criminal litigation (defence counsel) and motor-vehicle accident matters (for Plaintiff).
This position is open to fresh graduates and newly-admitted Members of the Bar or Practitioners with post-qualifying experience in motor-vehicle/accident matters.
Salary will commensurate with experience. Covered car-parking is paid by the firm.

Qualifications and Requirements:
A qualified person admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
Possess a vehicle and valid driving license.
Physically and Mentally fit to be a Litigation Practitioner.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Well-mannered, hardworking, dilligent and responsible.
Critical -thinking skills and good grasp of the court procedures and law.
Willing to do legal research and meet Clients.
Attend Court mentions, Case Management and prepare/conduct Trials.
Possess a vehicle and valid driving license.

We are a Law firm based in Petaling Jaya, established since 2003. Our area of practise is mainly in Criminal Law and Motor-vehicle accident matters. We are currently expanding to include a Legal Associate to join our team of lawyers and support staff.
