Job Description
• Attend to all types of conveyancing matters including sale and purchase transactions (sub-sale and project), loan and financing cases, completion of transfer and charge, discharge of charge, tenancy and other documentation
• Attending signings including during weekends
• Managing and updating clients, bankers and relevant parties
• Liaise with various government bodies
• Maintain and update file status regularly
• Report and update to the Partners and to take instructions
• Able to handle pressure well
• Able to adapt to and execute the directions and/or instructions of the Partners
Pupils in chambers
• Attend to all types of conveyancing matters including sale and purchase transactions (sub-sale and project), loan and financing cases, completion of transfer and charge, discharge of charge, tenancy and other documentation

• Liaise with various government bodies
• Monitor and follow-up closely on work progress and update work progress/status to the relevant parties
• Carry out tasks assigned by lawyers in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications and Requirements:
Legal Associate
• Responsible and willing to learn with good working attitude
• Reliable and dedicated in undertaking tasks assigned
• Carry out tasks assigned in a timely and professional manner
• Minimum 1 year experience in conveyancing related matter
• Newly called to the Bar lawyers and those with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
• Good command of the English language and Bahasa Malaysia
• Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Hardworking, responsible, good working attitude and willing to learn
• Able to handle multiple tasks at any given time and to complete entrusted tasks within the requisite time
• Candidate with own transport is an advantage
• Must be able to start work immediately
