Job Description:
1. Junior Conveyancing Lawyer
• Experience in handling conveyancing matters including legal documentation involving sub-sale & loan matters, legal documentation involving developer’s project, with title and no title and in handling legal documentation for perfection of transfer and perfection of charge.
2. Conveyancing clerk
• Able to handle conveyancing matters involving developer’s project and loan documentation with various banks prepare status report and updating file status.
• Candidate must be proficient in using the various bank/financiers, loan documentation portals;
• Maintain and update files;
• Receiving and sorting daily mails/deliveries/couriers;
• Able to perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, typing, filing etc.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Junior Conveyancing Lawyer
• Language spoken & written: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• 2-3 years’ experience in conveyancing work as per Job Description
2. Conveyancing clerk
• Language spoken & written: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidate must possess at least an SPM qualification.
• Skills: Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office and Typewriter.
• 2-3 years’ experience in conveyancing work as per Job Description
• Language spoken & written: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• 2-3 years’ experience in conveyancing work as per Job Description
2. Conveyancing clerk
• Language spoken & written: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
