Job Description:
1) Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of property-related legal documents, including sale and purchase agreements, mortgage deeds, and transfer of ownership
2) Conducting thorough due diligence on property titles and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
3) Advising clients on the legal aspects of property transactions, including the rights and obligations of all parties involved
4)Liaising with government agencies, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth property transfers
5) Maintaining detailed records and documentation to support the conveyancing process
6) Staying up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations to provide the best possible guidance to our clients

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) recognized by the Legal Profession Experience: 1–3 years of active experience in conveyancing but fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply
Excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in multiple languages (English & Malay) is highly
valued
