Job Description:
1) Assist in daily accounting and administrative duties.
2) Handle the firm's full set of accounts, including office and client accounts.
3) Oversee the daily administrative operations and general maintenance of the office.
4) Manage office supplies, equipment and facilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
5) Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and maintain accounting records.
6) Handle filing, data entry and general office administration.
7) Monitor payments and assist with bank transactions and reconciliations.
8) Liaise with bankers, auditors, clients and relevant authorities.
9) Perform any other duties as assigned by the Partners or Management

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with SQL Accounting will be an added advantage.
• Responsible, organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantonese will be an added advantage).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
