Job Description:
JUNIOR CONVEYANCING / BANKING LITIGATION LAWYER
The candidate has preferably: -
- With more than 1-3 years of experience in banking recovery work, conveyancing, general Banking litigation and probate/family matters (possess experience in attending contested hearings and trails).
- To handle and manage all spectrum of litigation work, including preparing SPA’s (sub-sale) and Loan Documentation, legal opinions, drafting of cause papers, attending to case management, assisting and/or conducting full trial and/or hearing and liaising with clients.
- Good research, drafting and opinion-writing skills.
- Hardworking, independent and with a good professional working attitude.
- Good communication and writing skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
LITIGATION CUM ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK
The candidate is preferably: -
- At least 2-3 years experience to handle Banking recovery work.
- To assist legal assistant to handle litigation and general matters.
- Able to handle data entry and ensure the accuracy of records.
- Provide support to the Lawyers as needed.
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- To assist in simple accounting tasks / billings.
- Other types of works assigned by the firm from time to time
The candidate has preferably: -
