Job Description:
CONVEYANCING CLERK

Role Overview
The Conveyancing Clerk will provide support to lawyers in handling conveyancing transactions and ensure the smooth administration of conveyancing files from inception to completion.

Job Responsibilities
- Handle and assist in subsale transactions, loan documentation, discharge of charge, perfection of transfer and charge, and other conveyancing matters.
- Prepare, compile, and maintain conveyancing and loan documentation.
- Conduct searches, adjudication, presentation, and related conveyancing processes.
- Liaise with clients, banks, developers, real estate agents, Land Office, LHDN, SSM, and other authorities.
- Prepare status reports and provide updates on file progress.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of physical and electronic records.
- Assist lawyers in attending to clients' enquiries and documentation requirements.
- Perform other conveyancing-related duties as assigned by the Firm.

ADMINISTRATION CLERK

Role Overview
The Administration Clerk will support the Firm's daily operations by performing administrative and clerical duties to ensure smooth and efficient office management.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, binding documents, and data entry.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document dispatch.
- Answer telephone calls and direct enquiries appropriately.
- Maintain and organise office records, files, and databases.
- Monitor and replenish office stationery and supplies.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and other office activities.
- Provide administrative support to lawyers and staff as required.
- Assist with basic accounting and invoicing tasks when necessary.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Firm.


Qualifications and Requirements:
CONVEYANCING CLERK

- Minimum 2 years' experience in conveyancing practice.
- Good understanding of conveyancing procedures and documentation.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin will be an added advantage).
- Able to handle multiple files and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Responsible, meticulous, and able to meet deadlines.
- Candidates who can commence work immediately will have an added advantage.

ADMINISTRATION CLERK

- Minimum 1 year of administrative or clerical working experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Candidates who can commence work immediately will have an added advantage.
