Job Description:
To manage and conduct general litigation matters, including providing legal advice, drafting pleadings, affidavits and submissions, attending case managements, hearings and trials, and liaising with clients, counsel and relevant parties while ensuring compliance with court procedures and timelines.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3–5 years PQE
- Has a positive working attitude;
- Can conduct hearings and trials;
- Works well both independently and as part of a team;
- Is organised, responsible and has good time management skills;
- Has a good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken);
- Has strong analytical, research and drafting skills with good attention to detail;
- Is proactive, takes initiative and is keen to learn;
- Enjoys handling a wide variety of litigation matters; and
- Is client-focused and committed to delivering professional, efficient results.
