Job Description:
We are looking for passionate and meticulous lawyers and pupils in chambers to join our team.
(Only supervised and allowed job scopes apply to Pupil in chambers position)
You'll get hands-on experience assisting with a mix of corporate and litigation matters including:
(1) Corporate : due diligence for corporate exercises, merger and acquisition transactions, and drafting/advising on various types of commercial agreements/arrangements; and
(2) Litigation : general litigation.
(Only supervised and allowed job scopes apply to Pupil in chambers position)

Qualifications and Requirements:
(1) Prior Experience (1-3 years preferred) :
While some experience is an advantage, we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate the right aptitude and a strong desire to learn.
(2) Proficiency in both National Language and English :
Excellent communication/writing skills are essential for client communication and drafting legal documents.
(3) Meticulous and detail-oriented :
Your attention to detail will ensure accuracy in legal research, document preparation, and due diligence exercise.
(4) Careful and diligent in your work :
We need someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering high-quality results.
(5) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (not applicable to Pupil in chambers position) :
You should be a self-starter who can manage tasks effectively and take initiative.
(6) Strong problem-solving skills :
The ability to think critically and find effective solutions in crucial for navigating complex legal challenges.
(7) Time management skills :
You must be able to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently to handle a demanding workload.
