Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our growing legal team. The successful candidate will be involved in corporate and commercial legal matters, as well as regulatory compliance work. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients across various industries and gain hands-on experience in providing practical legal solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and legal documents.
- Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial transactions.
- Assist in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and due diligence exercises.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
- Advise clients on regulatory and corporate compliance matters.
- Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Support partners and senior lawyers in various legal matters and projects.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience is preferred (freshly called lawyers with relevant experience are encouraged to apply).
- Experience in Corporate & Commercial law and/or Compliance will be an advantage.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
