Job Description:
- Handle and manage various conveyancing matters including subsale transactions, developer projects, transfer, transmission cases and probate/letters of administration applications.
- Prepare, draft and review SPAs, tenancy agreements, and other conveyancing documents.
- Liaise with banks, clients, land offices, stamp offices, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth transactions.
- Conduct land searches, bankruptcy/winding-up searches, and other due diligence.
- Monitor timelines and key dates (e.g., completion date, stamping, presentation, CKHT filing, signing appointments) and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in providing legal advice and solutions on conveyancing matters when required.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Admitted as Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
- 0 to 3 years post-qualification experience in conveyancing.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude.
- Availability to commence work immediately will be an added advantage
- 0 to 3 years post-qualification experience in conveyancing.
