Job Description:
1. Legal Associate
- Able to demonstrate reliability, diligence, and the ability to work independently with precision and efficiency.
- Able to collaborate closely with Partners and Senior Lawyers to manage cases from initiation to conclusion.
- Able to conduct thorough legal research and able to provide well-informed advice to clients.
- Able to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
- Able to prepare legal cause papers (pleadings, witness statements, trial bundles & etc) with minimal supervision
- Able to represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, case managements, trials and/or appeals as required
- Keep clients updated on the progress and outcomes of their matters
- Committed to continuous learning and professional growth within the Firm.
- Able to perform other legal and administrative duties assigned by the Partners
2. Pupil In Chambers
- Assist Partners and Legal Associates in litigation matters, including drafting cause papers, pleadings, affidavits, submissions and legal correspondence.
- Conduct legal research on statutes, case laws, and procedural rules.
- Liaise with clients, court officers and relevant authorities for filing, service of documents, etc.
- Assist in preparing trial/hearing bundles and actively manage files to ensure documents are properly maintained
- Our pupils are given the exposure and every opportunity to experience the working life of an advocate.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Legal Associate
- Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya (holds a valid Practising Certificate) + the necessary academic qualifications.
- Experience: Candidates with minimum one (1) year PQE and those who are freshly admitted to the Bar are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
- Display high confidence capabilities and able to contribute as an efficient team-player.
- Able to work and deliver within tight datelines and highly responsible.
- Has the crave and drive to learn.
- Able to start as soon as possible or within a reasonable time frame.
- Comfortable to travel out-station within West Malaysia to attend court proceedings beyond the Klang Valley.
- Possess his/her own transportation.
2. Pupil In Chambers
- Holds a recognised Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree and is eligible to commence pupillage.
-Eager to learn with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
-Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Responsible, organised, meticulous, and willing to take initiative.
- Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya (holds a valid Practising Certificate) + the necessary academic qualifications.
