Job Description:
1. Conveyancing Lawyer
Requirements:
•Possess a valid Practising Certificate.
•Minimum 1–3 years' experience in conveyancing and/or corporate matters.
•Able to handle sub-sale, project, loan, and related conveyancing files independently.
•Good drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
•Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
•Manage conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.
•Attend to clients, banks, developers, and relevant authorities.
•Prepare and review legal documents and agreements.
•Provide legal advice and support where required.
2. Conveyancing Clerk
Requirements:
•Minimum 1–2 years' experience in conveyancing practice.
•Familiar with sub-sale transactions, project documentation, loan documentation, and discharge matters.
•Able to liaise with clients, banks, developers, and government agencies.
•Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
•Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
•Prepare and process conveyancing documentation.
•Monitor file progress and ensure timely completion.
•Conduct land searches and follow up with relevant parties.
•Maintain proper filing and records management.
Requirements:
