Job Description:
-Handle conveyancing and property-related transaction from inception to completion.
-Advise clients on legal and procedural matters.
-Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents.
-Liaise with clients, bank, developers, government authorities and other solicitors.
-Manage files efficiently and ensure compliance with legal and requlatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:
-Minimum 2-5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) (more experienced candidates are encourages to apply).
-Experience in conveyancing, including sub-sale, project and loan documentation.
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
-Responsible, meticulous, proactive and committed to delivering quality legal services.
-Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, knowledgwe of Mandarin is an added advantage.
