Job Description:
CONVEYANCING LAWYER
1.Able to draft Sub-sale Sale and Purchase Agreement independently
2.Familiar with banking documentations.
3.Expected to liaise with clients (including banks) and government authorities.
4.To attend To clients and other legal works assigned by firm
