Job Description:
Conveyancing Lawyer
1. Handle conveyancing matters, including sub-sale, project, and loan documentation, from commencement to completion;
2. Draft and review Sale & Purchase Agreements, loan documentation, and other related legal documents;
3. Liaise with clients, banks, developers, real estate agents, and relevant authorities to ensure the smooth progress of transactions;
4. Monitor and follow up on all files to ensure timely completion of transactions and compliance with deadlines;
5. Maintain proper file management, attend to client enquiries, and provide regular progress updates;
6. Prepare correspondence, legal documents, and status reports as required; and
7. Undertake any other conveyancing-related duties and assignments as may be assigned by the Firm from time to time.
Conveyancing Clerk

3. Liaise with clients, bankers, developers, and other law firms;
4. Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and status reports
5. Monitor and follow up on all files to ensure timely completion; and
6. Ensure all matters are handled efficiently and deadlines are met.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Conveyancing Lawyer
1. Called to the Malaysian Bar and hold a valid Practising Certificate;
2. Minimum 2 to 6 years' experience in conveyancing practice for Conveyancing Lawyer;
3. Able to handle conveyancing matters independently from commencement to completion with minimal supervision;
4. Well-versed in sub-sale transactions and loan documentation;
5. Possess good drafting, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills;
6. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Additional language skills would be an added advantage;
7. Responsible, meticulous, organised, and committed to meeting deadlines;
8. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team;
9. A strong team player with a positive attitude and good work ethics; and
10. Preferably experienced in Housing Integrated Management System (HIMS).
Conveyancing Clerk
1. Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in conveyancing practice;
2. Experience in handling sub-sale transactions and loan documentation is preferred;
3. Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
4. Responsible, organised, self-motivated, and willing to learn;
5. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken); and
6. Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
