Job Description:
CONVEYANCING LAWYER
1. Handle SPA & loan documentation (project, sub-sale, refinance, discharge, perfection) from start to completion.
2. Liaise with clients, bankers, agents, developers, and authorities (land office, LHDN, stamp office).
3. Ensure compliance with legal procedures, stamp duty, and tax requirements.
4. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
5. Capable of meeting deadlines effectively.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive work attitude.
7. Willing to travel; must have own transport.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Possesses a valid LLB degree
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in conveyancing practice
