CONVEYANCING LAWYER
- Able to handle sub-sales, developer project, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer and other conveyancing matters.
- Able to handle and manage all loan documentations for mortgage.
- Other tasks as assigned by the firm from time to time.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures, timelines, law and regulations.
PUPIL IN CHAMBERS
-The Pupil in Chambers will be involved in litigation and conveyancing matters.
- Able to handle sub-sales, developer project, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer and other conveyancing matters.

Qualifications and Requirements:
CONVEYANCING LAWYER
- With minimum 2-3 years working experience in handling conveyancing related matters from initial stage until completion.
- Hardworking and able to work with the team and independent.
PUPIL IN CHAMBERS
- A recognised law degree and completion of CLP/Bar Finals or equivalent.
- With minimum 2-3 years working experience in handling conveyancing related matters from initial stage until completion.
