Job Description:
We are looking for someone who is well versed with conveyancing matters and who are able to work without supervision.
To handle Sales and Purchase Agreement, Loan documentations, Discharge of Charge and all matters related to conveyancing. ( Sub-sale, Project & Refinancing)
- To liaise with client, banker, agent and government body.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to converse mandarin or Cantonese (added advantage) .
- 5 days week. 9am-6pm
- Legal firm next to LRT station.
- Attractive salary and bonus.
- Prefer to have own transport and willing to travel.
