Job Description:
1.LEGAL ASSOCIATE – LITIGATION / COMMERCIAL
Litigation
- Assist in managing civil and commercial litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, cause papers, submissions, and legal opinions
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
- Attend court proceedings, case management, and hearings
- Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials
- Manage documentation and ensure compliance with procedural timelines
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Firm from time to time.
Commercial / Advisory
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (e.g., shareholders’ agreement, service agreements, NDAs etc)
- Provide legal advice on contractual, regulatory, and corporate matters
- Support corporate transactions, due diligence, and compliance work
- Identify legal risks and propose practical, business-oriented solution
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Firm from time to time
2.PUPIL IN CHAMBERS

To do the following under the supervision and guidance of a mentor:
- Assist in managing civil and commercial litigation matters

- Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya
- 1–3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation and/or commercial practice
- Strong drafting, research (CLJ / LexisNexis etc), and analytical skills
- Good advocacy and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Chinese / Mandarin will be an added advantage
2.PUPIL IN CHAMBERS
Qualifications and Requirements:
- LL.B. degree (or equivalent) and eligible to commence pupillage in Malaysia.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Chinese / Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Strong drafting, research (CLJ / LexisNexis etc), and analytical skills
- Strong academic background with sound logic
- Prior internship or mooting experience will be an added advantage
- Proactive, responsible and eager to learn
