Job Description:
BANKING LITIGATION LAWYER
The candidate has preferably: -
- With more than 1-3 years of experience in banking recovery work, general Banking Litigation (Foreclosure/Hire Purchase).
- Possess experience in attending contested hearings and trails.
- To handle and manage all spectrum of litigation work, including preparing legal opinions, drafting of cause papers, attending to case management, assisting and/or conducting full trial and/or hearing and liaising with clients.
- Good research, drafting and opinion-writing skills.
- Hardworking, independent and with a good professional working attitude.
- Good communication and writing skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
CHAMBERING STUDENT / PUPIL IN CHAMBERS
The candidate is preferably: -
- Assist the lawyer in litigation proceedings, legal research and case preparation.
- Draft cause papers and correspondence.
- Attend court proceedings, case managements, hearings and client meetings with supervising lawyers
The candidate has preferably: -
