Job Description:
The Role
Take ownership of diverse litigation matters from start to finish. You will:
* Drive litigation strategies, manage files, and advise clients on complex issues.
* Appear in court, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
* Draft high-quality pleadings, affidavits, and legal opinions.
* Conduct sharp legal research and stay ahead of legal developments.

Qualifications and Requirements:
* Admission: Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya (LL.B.).
* Experience: 4+ years PQE in Malaysian civil/commercial litigation.
* Skills: Excellent advocacy, precise drafting, and fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
* Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable running matters independently or collaboratively.
