Job Description:
• Drafting agreements such as Sale & Purchase Agreements (Sub-Sales & Developer sales), Loan Agreement, Discharge, Perfection of Transfer & Charge and other conveyancing matters.
• Conducting due diligence to ensure properties comply with legal requirements.
• Liaise with clients, property developers, bankers, property agents and various government bodies.
• Monitoring and updating file status.
• Resolving legal issues that may arise during the conveyancing process.
• Taking on additional tasks as assigned by the firm.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law with qualified practicing certificates or equivalent.
• Has experience in conveyancing matters is required for this position.
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and writing skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must possess own transport, be willing to travel and able to attend to ad-hoc matters;
• Interested in being exposed to all areas of the law;
• Good interpersonal skills with a positive working attitude;
• Ready to join immediately
