Job Description:
1. Drafting and vetting conveyancing agreements and correspondences independently and handle the file from beginning until closing.
2. Liasing with client, bank and government agencies.
3. To give consultation and prepare legal opinion and legal advice on matter of sale and purchase transaction.
4. To maintain and update file status on operating system.
5. Able to prepare, handle and attend to signings of Loan Documentation.
6. To assist in any other ad hoc duties asigned as and when required to do so.
7. Responsible, Knowledgeable and Good Communication skills.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. LLB Degree Holder.
2. At least with 1 year working experience.
3. Able to handle Conveyancing Matters (Bank Loan Documentation).
4. Fluent in written and spoken Malay, English languages.
5. Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
6. Able to meet deadlines.
7. Resourceful, good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude.
8. Computer literate.
