Job Description:
The Legal Secretary role at Ram & Low is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuala Lumpur.

Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing and filing cause papers and other court documents.
• Managing lawyers’ diaries, calendars, appointments and court dates.
• Monitoring and tracking court deadlines and filing dates.
• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails and telephone calls.
• Liaising professionally with clients, courts, counsel, experts and other external parties.
• Providing day-to-day administrative and secretarial support.
• Ensuring files, documents and records are accurately updated and maintained.
• Undertaking general clerical and administrative duties, as required.


Qualifications and Requirements:
•⁠ ⁠Experience in a litigation firm will be an added advantage.
•⁠ ⁠Minimum SPM qualification with relevant working experience.
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive working attitude.
•⁠ ⁠Meticulous, organised and systematic in carrying out work.
•⁠ ⁠Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and EFS.
•⁠ ⁠Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
