Job Description:
Preparation & attending to legal documentation in matters of direct developer sale, sub-sale and all other documents, liaising with clients, other legal firm, and government & regulatory authorities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum one year experience.
Familiar with loan documentation for various bank.
To prepare documents relating to conveyancing matters for projects and sub-sale.
