1. At least one (1) year to three (3) years of PQE in Conveyancing
2. Able to handle sub-sale, developer project, loan documentation and other conveyancing matters with minimum supervision
3. Liaise with clients, developers, bankers an related bodies
4. Good working attitude and responsible
