Job Description:
Pupil in Chambers

1. To assist lawyers in conveyancing matters;
2. To assist lawyers in conducting legal research, drafting and monitoring timelines;
3. To assists lawyers to attend to all types of conveyancing matters including sale and purchase transactions, loan and financing cases and any other related documentation;
4. To assist lawyers to liaise with government authorities;
5. Monitor and follow-up on work progress and update work progress/status to the relevant lawyers/partners;
6. Carry out tasks assigned by lawyers in a timely and accurate manner

Account Cum HR Executive

1. Key in daily firm's transactions using Corematter Software;
2. Prepare monthly financial reports;
3. Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly accounts;
4. Assist auditor in yearly audit and tax submission;
5. Handle HR administration, including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee documentation;
6. Perform other accounting and HR duties assigned by management


Qualifications and Requirements:
Pupil in Chambers

1. Possess the requisite law qualifications duly recognized by Bar Council Malaysia;
2. Committed, self motivated and have passion to work in conveyancing field;
3. Eager to learn, Dedicated, hardworking and willing to go the extra mile;
4. Possess and willing to travel;
5. Team player and having good communication skills;
6. Well organized, responsible, punctual, able to maintain a positive attitude

Account Cum HR Executive

1. Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
2. Relevant experience in accounting and HR administration is preferred;
3. Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
4. Knowledge of accounting software / corematter software is an advantage;
5. Good organizational, and interpersonal skills;
6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently;
7. Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
