1. Candidate will be placed under the Firm’s Construction and Dispute Resolution Department headed by Kelvin Ng and Lee Sze Ying.
2. The Department’s Main Areas of Practise is in Construction and Corporate Commercial Disputes. Experience in these areas will be an advantage.
3. Candidate will be carrying out the following functions:
(a) Assist the partner(s) in running of the matters, including drafting pleadings, affidavits, and other legal documents.
(b) Attend court proceedings, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution forums (with supervision where necessary)
(c) Conduct legal research and assist in preparing legal opinions.
(d) Attend to clients and carry out tasks assigned by the Firm from time to time.
(e) Provide regular updates to the Partner(s) and take instructions diligently.
(f) Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Partner(s) and the Firm.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Strong interest and passion in litigation practice.
2. Committed, responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Good drafting, research, and communication skills.
4. Eager to learn, with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
5. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).
6. Ability to converse in Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be an added advantage.
