Job Description:
-handles mainly sub-sale, post-auction conveyancing matters as well as Probate/LA matters
-assisting Partners in other matters, ie prepare SPA & Loan signing documents
-guidance will be provided

Qualifications and Requirements:
-minimum PQE 2-3 years for Conveyancing Lawyer
-minimum 2-3 years of experience for Paralegal/Conveyancing Clerk
-preferably those with prior experience in A-Z conveyancing procedure & practice
-punctuality
-proactive and positive working attitude
-able to handle work pressure
-willingness to learn & follow instructions from Partner
-able to converse in Mandarin & English will be an additional advantage
