Job Description:
1.Conveyancing SPAs and Loan Documentation (Individuals and Corporates), Tenancies, General Conveyancing matters.

2. Manage to handle conveyancing file from initial to final stage.

3. Able to work independently and meet deadline.


Qualifications and Requirements:
1. At least 1-5 years experience in particular handling Conveyancing matters.

2. Proactive, hardworking and a team player.

3. Literate in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.

4. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

5. Good drafting and analytical skills.

6. Experience in dealings with Land Office, LHDN and other conveyancing related authorities.

7. Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Both written & spoken).

8. Good written and spoken English, ability to read and write Chinese is an advantage.

9. Takes initiative at work and able to meet deadlines.

10. Willing to travel.

11. Preference to applicant who is able to commence work immediately
