Job Description:
Job Description:
1. To manage real estate transactions for both commercial and residential properties (subsales) and ensuring all transactions meet their legal obligations.
2. To handle and manage all loan documentation for financing and re-financing.
3. Review and draft contracts and other conveyancing documents.
4. Coordinate with clients, real estate agents and other parties involved in the transaction.
5. Advise clients in connection with conveyancing matters and attend signing with clients.
6. Follow up with banks, developers, government bodies/agencies and related parties.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures, timelines, laws and regulations.
8. Monitor and follow up closely the progress for all ongoing files.
9. Other tasks as assigned by the firm from time to time.


Qualifications and Requirements:
Junior Conveyancing Lawyer:
1. Possess Bachelor of Laws degree and current Practicing Certificate.
2. Those just called to the Bar are encouraged to apply, on the job training will be provided
3. Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
4. Possess good attitude, willing to learn and take responsibility, good communication skills and able to work as a team.
5. Manage time well and able to meet deadline.
6. Attention to details and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Conveyancing Clerk:
1. Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
2. Able to work independently and responsibly.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
4. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken). Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is an added advantage.
5. Diligent, reliable, and committed to the job.
6. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in conveyancing.
7. Possess own transport.
8. Familiar with legal software.

Legal Intern / Internship
1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B)
2. Law students at any stage of their studies are encouraged to apply.
No prior working experience is required; guidance and on-the-job training will be provided.
3. Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
5. Willing to learn and assist in conveyancing, legal research, preparation of legal documents and general legal/administrative work.
6. Possess a positive attitude, good communication skills, attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
7. Able to work effectively as part of a team.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Word and basic computer applications.
9. Applicants who are able to commit to an internship period of at least 3 months will be preferred.
