Legal Associate
- Main Task: Attest Documents & Attend Signing
Conveyancing Clerk
- Handle conveyancing matters (SPA/Loan) for Project only
- Monitor and follow up closely on file progress, prepare status reports, and update relevant parties
- Work independently with minimal supervision & confident to be able handle multi-files

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experiences.
- Able to converse in English and Malay. (Mandarin will be an added advantage)
- Able to start work in Oct/Nov 2026 or immediately (short notice is an added advantage)
- Hard working and self-motivated
#Five (5) working days:
1. Legal Associate: Mon, Tue, Wed, Sat & Sun (Rest day on Thur & Fri)
2. Conveyancing Clerk: Mon - Fri
Working Location: 30.02, 30th Floor, Menara TA One, 22, Jalan P.Ramlee, 50250 K.L.
(Nearby KLCC LRT)
