Job Description:
SENIOR CONVEYANCING LAWYER (PJ)
1. Salary Range: RM 8,000 – RM 15,000 (based on experience)
2. Able to draft Sub-sale Sale and Purchase Agreement independently and handle the file from beginning until handover VP / Legal Possession.
3. Familiar with banking documentations.
4. Expected to liaise with clients (including banks) and government authorities i.e. Registrar of Titles, Stamp Office, LHDN etc.
5. Prepare legal opinion and legal advise on all aspects of sale and purchase transaction and loan drawdown.
6. Draft correspondences, legal instruments or documents to developers, banks, third parties
7. Address residential and commercial projects and legal issues
8. Handle and attend to signings of Sale and Purchase Agreement and Loan Documentation
9. Do thorough legal research
SENIOR CONVEYANCING CLERK (PJ)
1. Salary Range: RM 5,000 – RM 8,000 (based on experience)
2. Able to work independently for sub-sale loan / SPA documentation independently.
3. With at least 3-4 years and above experiences in sub-sale conveyancing files.
4. Expected to liaise with clients (including banks) and government authorities i.e. Register of Titles, Stamp Office, LHDN etc.
5. Experience in handling conveyancing matters pertaining to Retail, Project or Commercial Loan & SPA documentation from A-Z with minimum supervision.
6. Fluent in English and BM is a must
PUPILLAGE (PJ)
1. Assist in drafting sale and purchase agreements, loan documents, and related letters.
2. Conduct land and company searches, and basic due diligence.
3. Handle document filing, and tracking deadlines.
4. Liaise with clients, banks, developers, and relevant authorities.
5. Assist with stamping, submission, and registration of documents (e.g. e-Tanah, LHDN).
6. Attend meetings and document signings with supervising lawyer.
7. Perform legal research and support administrative tasks as needed.

1. Degree holder of LLB.
2. Able to Handle SPA and loan files for Sub-sales.
3. Dedicated and responsible towards his / her job.
4. Fluent in written and spoken Malay, English languages.
5. Able to work independently in a fast pace environment with minimal supervision
6. Able to meet deadlines.
7. Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude
8. Computer literate with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel and possess own transport.
9. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
10. At least with 5 years and above portfolio in conveyancing.

3. Liaise with clients, bankers, and government authorities (e.g. LHDN, Stamp Office, Land Office).

5. Communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
