Job Description:
CONVEYANCING LAWYER
- To handle a variety of conveyancing matters, including development projects, sub-sales, and other related property transactions;
- To handle banking and financing matters, including retail and commercial financing;
- To draft, review and advise on agreements and related documentation;
- To liaise with all relevant parties including clients, developers, bankers and agents;
- Able to monitor the progress of files and ensure that transactions are completed within the relevant TAT;
- To work closely with the team leader and provide weekly report as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:
CONVEYANCING LAWYER
-2- 3 years of post-qualification experience;
- Newly admitted candidates are encouraged to apply;
- Prior experience in conveyancing is an advantage but not essential;
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken;
- Able to work independently while also working effectively as part of a team;
- Responsible and attentive to detail;
- Good attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
