Job Description:
(1) Ben & Partners are looking for new lawyers that will handle a portfolio of corporate and commercial matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreement, transaction documents and legal opinions. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research and supporting transaction in areas such as M & A, corporate finance, capital markets and restructuring. The Lawyer will liaise with clients, attend meetings and negotiations.
(2) Ben & Partners are looking for Chambering Students who are willing to learn and exposed to corporate finance, capital markets, corporate commercial and advisory work.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Applicants for Lawyers should have:-
(1) Strong corporate and commercial law skills, including experience with M & A, capital markets, corporate finance and restructuring matters. Proficiency in legal drafting, reviewing and negotiating contract, transaction documents and advisory opinions. Solid legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret statutes, regulations, and case law and apply them to complex client scenarios.
Confidence in managing clients and investment bankers will be an advantage. Excellent command of written and spoken English, proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is required, and additional Chinese language skills is an advantage for cross-border work. Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from a recognized university and admission to practice law in Malaysia, relevant corporate or capital markets experience in a law firm or in-house setting is an advantage.
(2)For the Chambering Students, Recognised LL.B
