Paramjit Singh & Co. is seeking a Legal Assistant / Lawyer to join our litigation team practice.
Our firm handles mainly running-down / motor vehicle accident claims and personal injury matters, together with other civil litigation work.

Requirements:
- Possess a recognised LL.B. degree and be qualified to practise as an Advocate & Solicitor
in Malaysia;
- Candidates with experience in running-down matters / motor accident claims /
personal
injury litigation will be given preference;
- Experience in civil litigation and/or criminal litigation is also welcomed;
- Experience in handling defence work, particularly motor accident or insurance-related
matters, will be an added advantage;
- Able to handle files independently, including preparing cause papers, pleadings,
submissions and correspondence;
- Able to attend court for case management, hearings and trials;
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken;
- Responsible, organised and able to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Candidates who are willing to learn and develop their litigation skills are encouraged to apply.
