Job Description:
1. Handling conveyancing tasks as assigned (Sub-Sales & Developer sales), Loan Agreement, Discharge, Perfection of Transfer & Charge and other conveyancing matters.
2. Assisting partner/lawyer with other duties as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:
JUNIOR CONVEYANCING CLERK
1. Minimum SPM qualification.
2. Preferably 1-3 years of experience handling conveyancing matters in a law firm.
3. Must be neat, meticulous, possess teamwork qualities, good communication skills
4. Proficient with computers
5. Has own transport
6. Punctual
