Job Description:
The Conveyancing Lawyer Role :
- Draft and manage Sale & Purchase Agreements (developer projects & sub-sale)
- Prepare and complete loan documentation for end-financing
- Handle tenancy agreements, perfection of transfer/charge, discharge of charge & related matters
- Liaise with clients, bankers, and relevant authorities
- Monitor progress of files and update status on our system
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for conveyancing files
The Litigation Lawyer Role :
Take ownership of diverse litigation matters from start to finish. You will:
- Drive litigation strategies, manage files, and advise clients on complex issues.
- Appear in court, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
- Draft high-quality pleadings, affidavits, and legal opinions.
- Conduct sharp legal research and stay ahead of legal developments.

Qualifications and Requirements:
What we are looking for Conveyancing Lawyer :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law & valid Practicing Certificate
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage.
- At least 2 years’ experience in conveyancing preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
- Positive attitude, responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

- Admission: Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya (LL.B.).
- Experience: 4+ years PQE in Malaysian civil/commercial litigation.
- Skills: Excellent advocacy, precise drafting, and fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable running matters independently or collaboratively.
