Job Description:
(1)Handling all conveyancing and banking matters including sub-sale and purchase, financing / loan advisory, refinancing, leasing and/or tenancy, perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge and all other related conveyance matters.
(2)Experience in preparing, drafting, review and attending to sub-sale and purchase agreement, loan documentation, tenancy agreements, discharge documents, and related instruments and documents.
(3)Liaise with clients, bankers, government officers, PTG officers and others in friendly and prompt manner.
(4)Promptly attend to clients’ enquiry, appointments and provide regular updates on the progress of file to clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:
What we are looking for Conveyancing Legal Associate:
(1)Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. Hons.) and admitted to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate and Solicitor.
(2)Possess at least One (1) years and above of post qualification experience (PQE) in conveyancing or corporate (familiar with sub-sale transactions will be an advantage).
(3)Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple files efficiently.
(4)Able to travel and attend to appointment with clients, meetings and/or other assigned tasks out of office.
(5)Possess good English written skill and communication skill in English, Malay and Mandarin/ Cantonese/ Hokkien.(added advantage)
