Job Description:
- Manage and handle a diverse range of litigation matters, including draft pleadings, affidavits and other legal documents.
- To attend court proceedings, arbitration, and other dispute resolution forums.
- To conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned legal opinions.
- To attend to clients and other legal work assigned by the Firm from time to time.
- To report and update the Partner/s and able to take instructions properly.
- Any other duties assigned by the Partner/s and Firm.
- To attend court proceedings, arbitration, and other dispute resolution forums.
- To conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned legal opinions.

Qualifications and Requirements:
For Legal Associate (Dispute Resolution & Arbitration)
- 2 to 3 years post-qualification experience
- Passionate in the law and litigation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous, and committed.
- Excellent research, drafting, and opinion-writing skills.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
For Pupil-in-Chambers - Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
- Demonstrated interest in Dispute Resolution & Arbitration work.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Meticulous, diligent, and eager to learn.
- Team player with a positive attitude and ability to adapt quickly.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- 2 to 3 years post-qualification experience
