Job Description:
1. To handle all related conveyancing matters such as sub sale, perfection of transfer and charge.
2. to monitor and follow up closely on the files and report and update Lawyers.
3. To deal with clients, financial institutions, developers, state authorities and any relevant authorities.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of related experience in conveyancing is required.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Able to work independently and responsible.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
