Handle and manage conveyancing matters from commencement to completion including sub-sale, developer projects, loan documentation, perfection of transfer and charge.
Attend to signing of agreements
Drafting various agreements and negotiate terms of agreement with opposite party
Attend court for non contested matters including estate administration
