Job Description:
- Experiences in handling documents for sub-sale property, developer projects, perfection of transfer andcharge & loan documentations.
- Able to monitor files independently without supervision.
- Promptly attend to clients’ inquiries and appointments, and provide regular updates on the progress of thefile to clients.
- Monitor files closely and professionally and ensure timely completion of transactions (within deadline) andcompliance with all statutory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin(added advantage) is a must
- At least 1 year of experience in the conveyancing line
- Possess good communication skills, good work, discipline and
analytical skills.
- Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
- Possess own transport
- Good working attitude
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT System
