CIVIL LITIGATION LAWYER:
Looking for Newly Admitted Lawyers to handle general civil litigation portfolios;
MUST have had proper training in handling court matters during pupillage in civil litigation;
MUST have had experience in handling court matters on solo basis during pupillage in civil litigation;
MUST have been trained in preparing pleadings;
MUST be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English [Written & Spoken];
MUST have the ability to articulate clearly and display sound judgment and decision-making & problem-solving skills;
MUST possess own transport;
Honesty, Hardworking, Highly Focused, Result Driven, Matured and Forward-Thinking Individual;
Good interpersonal skills with a positive working attitude and a team player;
**Salary shall be based on performance and experience and market forces for freshly admitted lawyers as an Advocate & Solicitor.

Have already been admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor;

Willingness to clock in the hours to get the job done;
Willing to work within tight datelines when necessary;
A team player, highly responsible, committed with a good and positive working attitude;
Prospective candidate should have a pleasant personality disposition, able to interact well with colleagues & the ability to work well independently or in a team.
