Job Description:
Litigation Lawyer
Key Responsibilities
• Familiar with Malaysian Court practices and procedures, Rules of Court of 2012 and standard litigation concepts and procedures
• Experience in drafting pleadings, submissions, cause papers and written statements;
• Experience in preparing and conducting hearings, trials in tribunal, court, arbitration, and judicial tribunal
• Ability to provide written opinions, conducting research and articles writing
• Taking instructions, managing files assigned, corresponding with clients and handle ad hoc duties as and when required
Conveyancing Lawyer
Key Responsibilities
• Able to handle legal documentation in relation to project and sub-sales documentations, discharge, perfection of charge/ transfer;
• Liaise with clients, developers, bankers, and other parties involved;
• To maintain and update file progress status;
• Able to manage various conveyancing matters
• Responsible, knowledgeable, and good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and handle ad hoc duties assigned as and when required
Chambering Student
Key Responsibilities
• Assist lawyers in handling civil and/or commercial litigation matters
• Conduct legal research on statutes, case law and legal issues
• Assist in drafting letters, cause papers, affidavits, submissions and other court documents
• Attend court proceedings, case management, hearing and client meetings with supervising lawyers.
• Assist with e-filing and court related administrative procedures
• Review documents and evidence relevant to ongoing cases.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Litigation Lawyer
With an experience of 3 to 5 years of experience
Possess a Bachelor of Law Degree
Proficient in both written and communication in English and Bahasa Melayu
Able to think critically and positively
Committed and driven with a strong sense of accountability.
Conveyancing Lawyer
With an experience of 3 to 5 years of experience
Possess a Bachelor of Law Degree
Proficient in both written and communication in English and Bahasa Melayu
Chambering Student
Recognised LL.B. qualification and eligible for chambering
Proficient in both written and communication in English and Bahasa Melayu
Able to think critically and positively
Good research and drafting skills
With an experience of 3 to 5 years of experience
