Legal Associate (Project)

1.Handling legal documents in matters of Project, sub-sales, and other conveyancing matters;
2.Liaising with clients, developers, bankers, and various government bodies (if necessary);
3. Maintaining/updating file status on various platforms of operating system; and
4. To assist on any ad-hoc duties assigned as and when required to do so.

Chambering

1. To assist lawyers in handling conveyancing-related matters.
2. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Legal Associate (Project)

1. A minimum experience of 3-5 years in conveyancing;
2. Possesses a Bachelor of Law Degree & has a valid Practicing Certificate;
3. Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin (added advantage)
4. Able to work independently, adapt, and learn quickly.

Chambering

1.Candidates must possess at least bachelor's degree in law.
2.Qualified under Legal Profession Act to commerce their pupillage.
3.Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin (added advantage).
