Job Description:
• Handle conveyancing matters.
• Prepare and process conveyancing documents
• Monitor and follow up on the progress of conveyancing files to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare correspondence, letters and other documents relating to conveyancing matters.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the solicitors.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in conveyancing.
- Familiar with subsale transactions and banking documentation.
- Able to handle conveyancing files independently with minimal supervision.
- Good organisational skills, responsible and detail-oriented.
- Able to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
