ASSOCIATE
We are looking for a someone with 1 to 2 years post-call civil and commercial litigation experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong research, drafting, and writing skills, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
CHAMBERING STUDENT
The successful candidate will work closely with the Partner, Senior Associate and Associate, with responsibilities including drafting and preparing cause papers and other legal documents, conducting legal research and analysing complex legal issues, assisting with case preparation, hearings/Trial and attending Court proceedings and case management sessions.
Chambering students will be expected to demonstrate initiative, intellectual curiosity and a willingness to assume increasing responsibility.

- Admitted to the Bar (Malaysia)/qualified lawyer
- 1-2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in civil and commercial litigation
- Good communication skills
- Strong research, drafting, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation cases.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with senior lawyer on case strategy and development.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of case files.
Pupillage Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified under the Legal Profession Act to commence pupillage.
- LLB (at least 2nd class)
- CLP and/or the Bar of England and Wales
- Admitted to the Bar (Malaysia)/qualified lawyer
