Job Description:
The job scope is mainly for the Motor-Vehicle Accident Department (Plaintiff).
Draft and prepare Pleadings, Affidavits, prepare Bundle of Documents, Written submissions and other legal documents such as Liability and Quantum analysis.
Be willing and able to Attend Court Proceedings, Case Management, E-Review, Hearings and Trials.
Dilligent in Legal Research.
Manage the Motor-Vehicle Matters under the supervision of the Senior Partner.
Good Negotiation Skills.
Draft and prepare Pleadings, Affidavits, prepare Bundle of Documents, Written submissions and other legal documents such as Liability and Quantum analysis.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Newly- Admitted to the Malaysian Bar are welcome to apply.
Strong Legal Drafting , research skills. Willing to develop advocacy skills.
Team-player and dilligent.
Must have integrity.
Possess a vehicle and valid driving license.
Mentally and Physically Healthy.
